Here is the part most players miss: the oil can needs the bolt you grabbed first. Drag the bolt into the threaded opening of the oil can. It screws right on. Once that is done, click and hold the oil can, then pour oil onto the rusted hinge on the garage door. The hinge unlocks after a couple of seconds of applying oil.
