| california bar exam july 2022 results: دراسة القانون في الولایات المتحدة الأمریكیة د.عبدالله أحمد الخياط, 2023-11-29 يسلِّط هذا الكتاب الضوء على خصوصيَّة دراسة القانون في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، التي يُنظَر إلى القانون بها بنظرة مختلفة عن تلك التي ينظر بها القانونيُّون في الدول ذات النظام القانوني اللاتيني، وحتَّى في الدول المتبنَّاة لنظام قانون العموم، فسار تطوُّر مفهوم القانون في الولايات المتحدة في طريق منفرد لا يشبهه فيه أحد إلا نفسه. بتيسير مِن الله عزَّ وجلَّ وتوفيقه، كُتِبَت لي فرصة دراسة الماجستير والدكتوراه في القانون في الولايات المتحدة لمدَّة خمس سنوات، كانت بدايتها من الساحل الشرقي في جامعة جورجتاون في واشنطن العاصمة، ونهايتها في الساحل الغربي في جامعة كاليفورنيا، بيركلي. خلال هذه السنوات كنتُ في حديث مع النفس جلّه يتعلَّق بالمقارنة الكبرى بين دراستي للقانون في الكويت، وتلك التي كنتُ أعيشها يومًا بيوم كطالب مبتعَث. عبر ذلك، تكوَّنَت لديَّ قناعة أنَّنا – القانونيِّين العرب – (طلبة قانون، محامين، قضاة، وأساتذة جامعات) لا نعلم الكثير عن ذلك التفرُّد، وأنَّنا بحاجة لكتاب يُضاف لمكتبتنا العربية يعطي لنا لمحات هذا الاختلاف، ويعِين الراغبين بدراسة البكالوريوس، والماجستير، والدكتوراه في القانون هناك لاكتشاف تلك الاختلافات المهمَّة، ولسماع بعض النصائح حول القبول في هذه البرامج التي لن يجدوها مكتوبة في مكانٍ ما، ولَم يقُلها أحد لهم قَبل ذلك. |

He asserted that the public school district was negligent and that his prospects for a productive life were diminished by their negligence. The court disagreed and educational malpractice was cast outside the schoolhouse gate and an educational malpractice wall was erected. In sum, both federal and state courts have constructed a sturdy wall against the recognition of educational malpractice lawsuits.
